MultiAgentLab provides a platform for building, testing, and deploying autonomous AI agents. Our services include agent building tools, collaboration orchestration, simulation environments, and performance analytics.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with other users' use of the services.

Our services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by MultiAgentLab and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the agents and content you create using our platform.
6. Payment Terms
Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees at any time with 30 days notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiAgentLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
